Every website we create is tailored to your business. While each project is different, the outline below gives you a clear idea of our usual design process and timeframes, so you’ll know what to expect from start to finish.
Please note that these are just approximate guidelines and may vary depending on our current workload.
If you have strict deadlines, let us know in advance so we can confirm whether we can meet them, we’re a busy agency and build every site from scratch, so it’s always best to check before we begin.
If you don’t already have branded email accounts, we can set these up for you at the start of the project. You’ll be able to send and receive emails from addresses such as info@yourdomainname.co.uk straight away.
Each account comes with 10GB of storage, IMAP access, webmail login, and the ability to connect easily to your devices.

We can modernise or tweak your existing logo with new design options.
Starting from scratch?
Our designer will create fresh concepts based on your ideas, colour schemes, and examples of logos or themes you like.
Once your branding is confirmed, we can add a professional “Coming Soon” holding page to your domain with basic business details. If you already have a live website that ranks in search engines, we recommend leaving it in place until your new site is built on our testing server.
Strong content is key to a successful website. We’ll send you clear guidance on the information we need and the best ways to provide it, ensuring the final site truly reflects your business.
As soon as we have your branding and content, we’ll begin designing your homepage. You’ll typically receive the first draft within 5–10 working days for review and feedback.
We want you to love your design. If you’re not happy with the initial homepage after two rounds of revisions, we’ll cancel the project and refund all payments made up to that point.
Please note: refunds cannot be offered once we progress beyond this stage, due to the volume of work involved.
One-page websites
Once your design is approved, we’ll make it fully responsive and launch it within 2 working days.
Larger websites
Following homepage approval, we’ll complete the rest of your site within a further 5–10 working days, in line with the agreed style. Once the full design is approved, we’ll finalise responsiveness and make it live within 2 working days.
When everything is ready, we’ll launch your new website on your chosen domain, optimised for all devices.
Quick responses mean faster progress. Delays in providing content or feedback may slow down your project, as we’ll continue working on other clients’ sites while waiting for your input.
